Prices
At jonahbenson.com, all prices are in Pound sterling and stated without VAT and taxes. The author reserves the right to change the prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for e-books and audio books that have been discontinued.
Payment
Jonahbenson.com accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. Payment will only be debited from your account upon delivery of your order. All amounts are in GBP. Pund sterling and without VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and discontinued items.
Delivery
E-books and audio books for download are delivered via an e-mail containing a download link. Once the payment has been approved, a confirmation page will be displayed that your order has been completed. At the same time, an e-mail with the order confirmation is sent to your provided e-mail address with a download link. Delivery takes place via this link which expires after 24 hours.
Right of withdrawal
No cancellation rights are granted for downloadable e-books or audiobooks once the link has been clicked and the download has begun. If the link has not been clicked, there is a 14-day right of return and cancellation.
Rights
All rights to E-books and audiobooks belong to the author
Upon purchase, the right to use the purchased material/product is obtained
The purchased material/product is personal and it is not permitted to sell, forward, lend, give away the purchased or otherwise distribute the product, either privately or commercially.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with the author and shop on his website, he needs the following information about you:

Email address
Information about what you have purchased
He processes your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase.
